Classes take place weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 12 pm on Zoom. You may purchase a single session or a class pack. Click below for the class updated class schedule.

WHAT TO EXPECT

All of my classes are dedicated to exploring the basic process of Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement (ATM). Appropriate for beginners and experienced students, the classes utilize classic Feldenkrais lessons to help you improve how you move, sense, think and feel.

The purpose of these classes is to have your body work for you and improve how you move through life. Your study of Awareness Through Movement will help you notice habits of action and movement where you work against yourself, and provide you with the means to replace those habitual ways of moving with movement that is more efficient, pleasant, and beneficial. These movement lessons are highly integrative in helping you learn to move with the quality and ease you want for enjoying your life.

Benefits you can expect to gain from my classes:

• Improve your posture

• Move with a greater sense of integrated, whole-body movement

• Improve your coordination

• Develop better, more balanced ways of supporting yourself and improve your dynamic stability – the ability to react effectively to any disturbance that takes us away from equilibrium and balance

• Reduce tension and fatigue as you move with more skill and greater freedom

• Enjoy discovering how to refine your movement for more comfort and pleasure in your life

Classes are typically 60 minutes long.
